古巴伦巴 La Rumba 的历史和文化介绍
●Yambú
最古老最缓慢，男士不断展示自己的服饰和优雅，女士展示自己的性感，两人互相挑逗
The most traditional and slow one, in which the men show off their clothes and elegance, and ladies try to be elegant and seducing all the time.
●Guaguancó
Salsa音乐舞蹈中最常见，男士用不同方式向女士”进攻“(Vacuna)，女士各种优雅挑逗地“挡“，万一反应慢了没”挡“住，后果就严重啦~哈哈！绝对是对男人机智和女人灵敏的训练和考验
It is a game between a man and a lady, in which the man sexually “attack” the lady with moves named “Vacuna”, and the lady have to be fast at “covering” to avoid being attacked. It is the most popular and widely implied in salsa dances.
●Columbia
速度快，是男人用各种方式与康佳鼓手，还有其他男人的乐感、舞技大挑战，用来展现自己的各种才能。跳Columbia可以有各种道具：刀、瓶子、碟子等等。主要是男人跳，当然也有女人跳，尤其是专业舞者，这都是必须哒
Very fast. Usually danced by men. It is a competition between men, also between the dancer and the conga player, to show off all their talents. Many times they use different tools while dancing, such as knives, bottles, and plates.
